The Swingarm Guard for the KTM 1290 Super Duke Gen3 It's the invisible upgrade that protects your swingarm in the event of a crash. Without this protection, the swingarm on the left side is one of the first components to hit the pavement—with costly consequences.

Material: PETG with 15% carbon

Printed from temperature- and abrasion-resistant PETG with 15% carbon content. The contact points are printed with 100% infill to ensure maximum durability in the event of a fall.

Fits into the OEM recess

KTM has provided a dedicated mounting point on the Super Duke Gen3's swingarm. The Swingarm Guard fits precisely into this recess and blends seamlessly into the design. We recommend using two-component adhesive for installation.

For maximum protection, we recommend combining it with our Frame Sliders for the KTM 1290 Super Duke Gen3. Other parts: Brake Cooling and GP Winglets.

This is not an original KTM part, but a compatible aftermarket replacement part.

The Swingarm Guard is 3D-printed from PETG—a material resistant to temperature and friction—with 15% carbon fiber and features 100% infill at the contact points.

For a secure and stable installation, we recommend using a two-component adhesive. Due to its design, the Swingarm Guard stabilizes itself automatically.
