Brake Cooling for the KTM 890 Duke R
The Brake Cooling for the KTM 890 Duke R Improves heat dissipation from your brakes by directing airflow between the brake pads and rotors. The result: more consistent braking performance, especially during intense driving on the racetrack or in the mountains.
How does Brake Cooling work?
The air vanes are shaped to direct the airflow over the fork legs and directly to the brake calipers. The cool air flows between the pads and the rotor, aiding heat dissipation. This reduces brake fade and keeps braking performance consistent.
Material: 15% carbon-reinforced plastic
Printed from high-strength plastic containing 15% carbon. The material is heat-resistant, extremely rigid, and gives the parts a high-quality finish with a visible carbon texture.

Installation Note:
No additional screws are required. To install or remove the parts, you must remove the brake calipers; refer to your KTM owner's manual for instructions.
When installing the product, please make sure that the ABS sensor cable does not get pinched! The product must slide into the housing with some resistance to ensure a secure fit. If necessary, use a plastic mallet or a similar tool.
