Processing time
The processing time is usually 1 business day, in exceptional cases up to 2 business days.

Shipping Providers and Delivery Times
Shipping is usually handled by DHL. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery usually takes 2 business days.

Shipments to Switzerland and Norway
Shipments to Switzerland and Norway go through customs clearance. In the process, import duties (customs duties, import VAT) and carrier fees may be charged, which are payable by the recipient. Customs clearance may delay delivery by a few days.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to ship via Hermes to process.

Mailing Letters with Deutsche Post
Small items can be sent inexpensively as letters via Deutsche Post. Letter mail has limited tracking capabilities and is not quite as reliable as package shipping. Therefore, there may be slight variations in delivery times when sending letters.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on Country of origin, size, and weight of the order displayed at checkout or at the register.
