Throttle Spacer for KTM and Husqvarna
The Throttle Spacer for KTM and Husqvarna minimize the play in your throttle grip. The result is a more direct, precise throttle response—especially noticeable when maneuvering, cornering, and making subtle throttle adjustments.
How Throttle Spacers Work
These small clips are simply attached to the original throttle grip. They fill the gap between the throttle grip sleeve and the handlebars, thereby eliminating the annoying play. The smooth operation of the throttle grip remains completely intact.

Compatible with a wide range of KTM and Husqvarna models—from the 690 SMC R to the 790/890 Duke and Adventure, all the way to the 1390 Super Duke. See below for the complete compatibility list.

Rule of thumb: Does your motorcycle have the KTM throttle tube with part number 60702012000, the throttle spacers fit—even when used with the Power Parts handlebar heater.

I ordered this spacer here, and it was delivered quickly. On my Superduke 1290 R Evo, I had about 4 mm of radial and axial play. The spacer is quick to install. Tip: Put a little grease in the recess where it sits—that way, you won’t lose it when sliding on the grip sleeve. Afterward, it fits like a glove, and the play is zero in both directions. Well-made, and it even comes with one spare. Great value for the price! Thank you very much.
